TICC costs only £48 + V.A.T per year. Your first payment must be by credit card, with renewals either by direct debit or by credit card
The free trial gives you full access to TICC for as long as you like.
The demonstration version of TICC lets you use everything that TICC has to offer. The only restriction during your free trial is that any Conditions of Carriage that you create will not be legally valid, as most of the Clauses are written in dummy text.
Naturally the Free TICC Demonstration lets you include Demurrage and Fuel Escalator Clauses in the Conditions of Carriage - these are shown in full for any Conditions that you create
Increase your charges when your fuel costs rise.
If you opt to include a Fuel Escalator clause, you don’t have to do any of the necessary and sometimes complicated calculations; TICC will provide you with a quick and easy online form to complete and will then do all of the working out for you.
Set your own charges for waiting.
If you opt to include a Demurrage clause, simply enter some simple details, such as your hourly demurrage charge, and TICC will do all of the working out for you.
Control how much you are liable for.
If you want to change your Limit of Liability for either every 1000Kg and / or the total load value then you can - quickly and easily.
You control your TICCs: One per customer, one for all. You choose.
You may want one set of Conditions of Carriage for the majority of your customers but, for example, another set without a Demurrage Clause for your supermarket customers. With TICC you can have as many different sets of Conditions of Carriage as you need – each with their own unique TICC Number.
